Description:

Originating from south America, Feijoa sellowiana is a Sub tropical shrub or small tree which bears green egg shaped edible fruit. The leaves are silvery gray green. The flowers have very attractive white petals with red stamens. The fruit which matures in fall, is eaten by cutting in half and scooping out the flesh.
